Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we will fit you in between already scheduled appointments. We can also offer drop-offs to better accommodate your schedule but we do prefer appointments to limit your wait times.
Yes, we will see emergencies that come in during normal business hours. Our locations are centered in the community and we are most of the time the closest service to help you and your pet in the most critical times of need.
For dogs, we require Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella for our boarding, grooming, and daycare services. For cats, we require Rabies and FVRCP for our boarding, grooming, and daycare services. We prefer that these be given 2 weeks prior but do understand that emergencies arise and we can accommodate same-day vaccines.
We have the option to add daycare services for boarding dogs after we receive and review the daycare application. A free evaluation day will follow where we slowly introduce pets into the daycare to find the best class that matches their personality and energy. If daycare is not chosen we do keep the pets from visiting with their neighbors.
*We do offer private one-on-one playtime with a technician if your pet is unable to play with other pets.
Dogs are walked and offered cuddles at least 3 times per day if not more on days the facility is open. Twice on days we are closed.
We can provide all of your pet’s basic needs. There is no need to bring blankets, beds, or bowls for your pet as we have all of that for them. We do recommend bringing your pet’s daily medications but we can prescribe them for established clients or after a veterinary exam while they are with us. We do provide dry canine/feline food but you are also welcome to bring your pet’s regular diet to avoid any GI stresses.
If you bring your pet‘s medications, please bring them in their original packaging.
We have highly trained staff to notice when your pet may be feeling under the weather. We will notify you of their symptoms through phone calls and text messages and provide an exam and care under the direction of our highly trained veterinarians.
Some of our locations do staff that work through the night to continuously watch your pet, please ask when scheduling.
We welcome tours most days. We do occasionally restrict visitors on surgery days or holidays when we need to dedicate our staff resources to providing the best care to our boarders.
The type of procedure the pet will be having will determine the length of time they will need to stay after any surgery or sedation.
