At Embassy Veterinary Centers, we understand you have a busy schedule. That is why we offer drop off exams, so your pet can receive the necessary care while easily fitting into your busy schedule. Our convenient drop off exams allow you to drop your pet off in the morning with us, and pick them up later once their care is complete. In addition to quality healthcare needs, we can often incorporate grooming services, daycare, enrichment, and boarding services to ensure they have a full day at the resort and spa.
How Do Our Drop Off Exams Work?
Our drop off exams can make it easy to make sure your pet’s needs are met, while being mindful of your schedule.
- Request a reservation online and submit the applicable forms to provide the best contact information, medical history and records, and select the applicable services.
- Once our team has reviewed your forms, we will contact you to confirm your appointment details and the information provided. We will also provide you with an estimate at this time.
- Drop your pet off on the day of your appointment between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
- Once your veterinarian has completed your pet’s treatment, we will email you to verify the services provided and any relevant findings.
- Pick up your pet between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and our customer service representative will check you out.
- If any abnormal test results occur, your vet will schedule a call within 24 hours—excluding Saturday afternoons and Sundays—to discuss the diagnosis and recommended course of treatment with you.
