- After our team has reviewed the forms, we will reach out to confirm your appointment and the details provided.
- Drop your pet off on the day of your boarding reservation between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
- Pick up your pet between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and our customer service representative will check you out.
