Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if daycare is right for my dog?

Daycare is great for dogs with lots of energy, those who enjoy being around other dogs, or pets who don’t like being left alone for long hours. Our team can help assess if daycare is a good fit for your pet’s personality.

Do dogs need to be spayed or neutered to participate?

Yes. Puppies under six months may attend daycare without being spayed/neutered, but dogs over six months must be spayed or neutered.

What happens if my dog gets injured or becomes ill at daycare?

If your dog needs medical attention, our veterinary team is available to provide immediate care on-site and we’ll contact you right away.

How are the dogs supervised during play?

Our trained staff closely monitor all group interactions to keep play safe and positive.

What does a typical day at daycare look like?

Dogs enjoy a mix of playtime with other dogs, enrichment activities, and rest periods to recharge. The schedule is designed to balance activity and downtime.

What should I bring when dropping my dog off for daycare?

Most dogs only need their collar and leash. If your pet requires food, medication, or a special item, please let us know when booking their daycare spot.
