Do you require vaccinations for grooming appointments?

Dogs must be current on rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus), and Bordetella vaccines, preferably 14 days before grooming. We highly recommend canine influenza and leptospirosis vaccines as well. Cats must be current on rabies and FVRCP vaccines. 

Can I stay with my pet during grooming?

For safety and efficiency, you may drop off and pick up your pet. At certain Knoxville locations, you can observe your pet’s grooming session through our viewing window.

What if my pet gets anxious during grooming?

We offer frequent breaks, positive reinforcement, low-stress handling, and if needed, mild sedation under veterinarian supervision. We can also recommend pre-visit pharmaceuticals to reduce fear, anxiety and stress in pets prior to their appointment.

Do you offer de-shedding treatments?

Yes, we do offer de-shedding treatments for pets. While this treatment will not stop shedding entirely, it helps remove the loose coat that has already shed but has not yet fallen out.

Yes, we do offer medicated baths for pets experiencing skin conditions.

Do you offer ear plucking?

If you are considering ear plucking for your pet, please discuss this service with your groomer beforehand. Ear plucking may lead to head shaking or ear hematomas, and we want clients to be fully informed of these potential risks before making a request.
